Terms and Conditions for the Alice's Table Referral Program Offer:

Eligibility: This referral program (the "Program") offer is open to individuals who have host a virtual event with Alice's Table (the "Referrer") and are now referring a friend or colleague who has not previously hosted an event with Alice's Table (the "Referee"). The Referrer and Referee must each be at least 18 years old at the time of referral and must comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Referral Process: To participate in the Program, the Referrer must refer a Referee by providing their name and contact information through Alice's Table official referral channels, such as the referral link provided by Alice's Table.

Referee's Booking: To qualify for the Program, the Referee must use the referral link provided by the Referrer, subsequently book and successfully host a virtual event with Alice's Table. The virtual event must be fully paid for and completed as scheduled.

Gift Card Issuance: Upon successful completion of the virtual event booking by the Referee with Alice's Table, the Referrer will be eligible to receive a $100 gift card ("Gift Card") valid at 1-800-FLOWERS.COM Family of brands . The Gift Card will be issued electronically to the Referrer's email address within 30 days after the completion of the Referee's paid virtual event

Gift Card Redemption: The Gift Card can only be redeemed on 1-800-Flowers.com's official website or designated platforms. The Gift Card is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. The Gift Card is redeemable with all 1-800-Flowers.com family of brands.

Referral Limit: There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can make. However, each individual Referee may only be referred once by a unique Referrer.  Once a Referee has responded to an individual Referrer’s referral link that Referee is no longer eligible to accept another referral link.

Program Changes: Alice's Table reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the Program will be communicated through official Alice's Table channels.

Fraudulent Activities: Alice's Table reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer or Referee and cancel Gift Cards if they engage in fraudulent activities, misuse the Program, or violate these Terms and Conditions at the sole discretion of Alice’s table INC.

Privacy: By participating in the Program, both the Referrer and Referee agree to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data in accordance with Alice's Table Terms of Use and  Privacy Notice.

By participating in the Program, the Referrer and Referee acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
